Gender and/or sexually diverse people are over twice as likely to experience a mental health struggle than the general population. That’s in large part due to the discrimination that many still face. And mental health resources for gender and/or sexually diverse people are sometimes lacking.
Whether you’re looking for support for yourself, a friend, or just looking to learn more, here are some incredible organizations and resources that are available year-round to promote health and happiness for gender and/or sexually diverse people.
